Thai yoga massage is an elegant and interactive form of meditative bodywork that combines assisted yoga stretching, acupressure, gentle rocking, and rhythmic compression along energy lines. In this course, with Eric Spivack, participants will learn to effectively use their hands, forearms, elbows, and feet to release energetic blockages and stretch their clients on the mat. This is the second of a two part introductory course series with Eric Spivack that includes 48 Thai massage poses in the supine, prone, side-lying, and seated positions. When done slowly and thoroughly, this sequence can take up to 2 hours to complete on a client.
